At spotless Domestic Cleaning we provide a comprehensive agency service, taking away the hassle of sourcing your own cleaner. Our friendly and professional management team are on hand in the office from Monday – Friday between the hours of 9:00-18:00 to answer any query or assist with your needs. We carry our all of the leg work in finding your cleaner, arrange a meeting and organise all the initial details, before you even pay a penny for the service.

Once you are up and running, we are on hand to help with sickness and holiday cover, and allocating you with a new cleaner should you need one. We fully insure all of the cleaners, so that our customers can have full peace of mind that if anything unfortunate were to happen during the clean everything would be covered by us. We also offer all of the cleaners the opportunity to complete an NVQ level 2 in cleaning at no cost to them, a personal qualification that they can take with them in their future endeavours.

We appreciate that you may not always decide to use our agency or indeed any cleaning company, and may look at other avenues. Therefore we would like to pass on some general advice and tips that you may find handy when looking down other avenues. If we can help with this any further then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Request to see a copy of the cleaners insurance making sure that they have public liability cover. If anything was ever damaged within your home or the cleaner hurt themselves whilst on your property, without insurance you would be fully liable for any costs incurred.

Ask for two contactable references from other customers and their previous work place. You are fully entitled to do this, and may help you decide if this cleaner is the right one for you.

Check that they are not tied in with another cleaning companies terms and conditions, disallowing them from cleaning within the same area privately, as this could prove costly to both yourself and the cleaner if that company wish to take legal action.

Also bear in mind that if your cleaner is ill, goes on holiday or has other issues that arise, you will be left without a clean and needing to find alternative cover.
